Surrealistic 'FriscoIn this first book in the new Abby Kane trilogy, Ty Hutchinson ends with a stunner worthy of Michael Crichton. I desperately need Books 2 & 3 -- NOW!! (Mr. Hutchinson, are you reading this?)FRI agent Abby Kane and her partner of one year, former SFPD detective Kyle Kang are assigned to investigate the appearance of a 12-year-old girl found inside a suitcase outside of FBI headquarters in San Francisco. The girl -- who looks exactly like Abby -- may have ties to a Chinese [...]
Abby is back, again, knee-deep in a multi-faceted mystery. What appears to be a case of human trafficking turns into more than Abby and her partner bargain for when a girl is left inside a suitcase out side FBI headquarters. Abby brings the girl into her home and sets off a series of events that could change Abby’s life forever. I am an admitted fan of Mr. Hutchinson’s work, and this may very well be his fastest-paced Abby Kane novel yet. The mystery and suspense were palpable in Suitcase Gi [...]
I liked this book very much. It moved quickly, and I never wanted to put it down. It was a pleasure to pick it back up again each day. I liked the characters, and the events flowed at a rapid pace, which I like. My only criticism is the ending. Clearly, the author wanted to get a couple books out of a single story. It ended abruptly, and left me feeling unbalanced. Books within a series typically have an beginning and an ending, and may stand alone. This one didn't have an ending, and I was left [...]
Excellent Abby Kane book. The story line is interesting and keeps you wanting to turn the page. I found my heart in my throat a few times and that is hard to do unless the author has a real knack for thrilling you. The story is fast moving and does not get bogged down in story "fillers" just to extend pages. I also enjoyed reading what seemed to be the ending of the story only to be pleasantly surprised that element was only the beginning. I can't wait for the next two installments. Hopefully Ty [...]
Hard to follow This story read more like science fiction than anything else, and I found it hard to follow. The link between Kane and the little girl. The mysterious guy who "helped" the young girl. The reason/organization behind why she was made. I guess made is the correct word. I know there is another book coming that will hopefully answer questions left by this book, but it was so strange I would forget the plot and be even more confused by the time the other book is available.
Interesting. A young girl is found stuffed in a suitcase outside the FBI offices and at first it looks like part of a human trafficking ring. Agents Abby Kane and her partner kang who are homicide agents work the case after solving some breakthroughs but resulting in the death of many characters. Meanwhile the young girl is taken into Abby's home instead of being put in caps system partly because she is a dead ringer for agent Kane. The story hints of some major players and since this is a serie [...]
Spell binding!Suitcase Girl gripped my attention from the first chapter and sent me on a roller coaster ride through the climax and unexpected conclusion. I enjoyed watching compelling characters develop and move through well- narrated settings and plot twists. This was my first Abby Kane FBI Thriller, but I will certainly be back for more.
Just as great as all the others! Kept me guessing! Can't wait to read the addiction. Great reading. I would highly recommend this series. Always keeps me interested and wanting more!
An intriguing story about a little Chinese girl found in a suitcase left outside FBI headquarters. She speaks both English and Mandarin, but has amnesia. Lots of adventure and suspense that kept me turning pages to the end.
AnticipationI enjoyed this book immensely. It kept me in suspense waiting to see what was to come next. Can hardly wait for the next book of SG thriller. I really enjoyed Abby Kane's life and the anticipation of what happened to her is keeping me in suspense! Hurry book #7!!
I'm losing itI didn't actually realize this was part of a trilogy. right now I am on pins and needles the whole book has kept me going and now this. I think I need a drink
No endingThe writing was average. I kept reading in hopes of understand ing what was going on. I dislike reading a story when nothing's resoled nor explained. Seems no effort was made to complete the book
A lot of spilled blood just to try to find out who was the girl in the suitcase. I enjoyed parts of the book, but it is continued in The Curator, so I still don’t know what is going on.
I REALLY like this author's writing style and his characters. Another great Abby Kane book. Now waiting for more in his Sei series!!
Great readNever a disappointment! I'm addicted to the Abby Kane Series. Always a new twist that you would never expect. Suspenseful

Entertaing, love Abby Kane. Far fetched story but i have to find out where this story leads. On to next book in trilogy
The suspense keeps you turning the pages for answers. Now I am looking forward to the next book for answers.
One of a kindThe plot involved here is so different and involved, it is a fascinating glimpse into the future. The characters are unique, immediately drawing you into the story.
Wowe, what and ending. Can't wait for the next book.
Lots of blood and violence, not my cup of tea, but it fits the story. Fast paced, good mystery with an end leading to a sequel.
I loved everything in this series up to this book. Did not like this plot so well and did not like the ending at all
